I'm not very tech-savvy — is this hard to set up?
It's just a browser, no app install. Recording your voice takes about two minutes, and the gift itself is set up from any device with a web browser.
Do I have to record my voice, or can I just gift the subscription?
Recording your voice is optional. It's included on the Premium tier, but a Basic or Standard gift still gives personalized stories narrated by one of StoryLark's built-in narrator voices — you don't have to record anything if you'd rather not.
Will my grandkids need to ask their parents to use it?
Redeeming the gift requires a free account, which a parent typically sets up. Once that's done, the kids just press play — no further help needed from anyone.
