Yes! With custom recordings, you can record short audio segments that get woven into your child's stories. Record a special greeting, a silly voice, or a bedtime message.

Voice cloning is available on the Premium plan. From the Voices tab, tap 'Create My Voice' and record a 60-second sample of your voice. StoryLark creates a narrator that sounds like you. Multiple family members can each create their own voice clone. Perfect for when you're traveling or working late.

StoryLark can send you two daily reminders. The bedtime reminder nudges you when it's time to start your bedtime routine — set the time in Settings. The morning reminder sends a personalized story idea each day so your child has something to look forward to at bedtime. Both are customizable and can be turned on or off independently in Settings.

After finishing a story, tap the share button and select 'Share to Instagram'. StoryLark generates a branded share card with the story's cover illustration and title. The card is saved to your device and the native share sheet opens so you can post it to Instagram Stories, send it in a message, or share it anywhere.

Yes! The Community tab lets you discover stories shared by other StoryLark families. You can browse, read descriptions, and claim stories that look interesting. Claimed stories appear in your library with full narration and illustrations.

Yes. If someone shares a story with you, you can claim it using your 3 free trial stories. Each claimed story uses one of your free credits. Once your free stories are used, you'll need a subscription to claim more.

Go to Settings in the app, tap on 'Subscription', and you can upgrade, downgrade, or manage your plan. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.

You can cancel through the App Store's subscription management. Go to Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions > StoryLark > Cancel. You'll keep access until your current period ends.

Go to Settings in the app and tap 'Restore Purchases'. This will sync your subscription status if you've reinstalled the app or are using a new device.

No, story credits reset each billing period. This keeps our pricing simple and ensures everyone gets a fresh allocation each month.

First, check that your device isn't on silent mode. Also ensure the app has permission to play audio. If using Bluetooth headphones, try disconnecting and reconnecting them.

On any story card, tap the download icon (cloud with arrow). The story, including audio and images, will be saved for offline playback. You can manage downloads in Settings.

Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, restart your device. You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the app — your account data is saved in the cloud.

Story creation typically takes 30-60 seconds depending on length and complexity. If it takes longer, check your internet connection. Our servers occasionally experience high demand.
